Charlie Parker has been with Finley & Cook for four years as a Client Relations Specialist. Charlie is an integral part of a team of Specialists who work closely with many tribes and casinos across the nation to identify problem areas, develop solutions, perform internal audits, and educate casinos and regulatory personnel. Charlie’s focus includes oversight of the procedural development projects and working with clients to develop and maintain strong Internal Control Standards. He maintains a passion for interpreting and implementing Title 31 regulations, assisting client’s with obtaining and maintaining control with Title 31 standards, and evaluating risks associated with Title 31 programs. His expertise in identification standards promote many consultations from clients and other individuals in the industry.
